Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase email. We cannot grant a refund if the item has been used or damaged.
To start a return, you can contact us at thewoodlifecogifts@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent to our business address for inspection. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. A full refund will be granted upon items that are damaged in transit. Please contact us within 30 days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
As each product from the Wood Life Co is absolutely unique, we do not provide exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow our refund policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund enquiry, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
